Before Your Order Ships

You can cancel an Early Access order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Email philip@pipcraft.co with your order number and we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Not Working Right

If your BeadBlitz arrives damaged, has a defect, or doesn't dispense properly, email a photo or short video to philip@pipcraft.co within 30 days of delivery and we will ship you a free replacement.

No return is required.

All Other Sales Are Final

Because of the low price point and hygiene considerations for craft tools, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If something else is wrong with your experience, please email us and we will do our best to make it right at our discretion.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
